Our sash windows are meticulously handcrafted, combining timeless sash styling with smooth, reliable operation that stands the test of time.
We offer both modern spiral balance sash windows — which can be manufactured to meet PAS24 security standards — and traditional lead weight sash windows for a truly authentic finish.
Our lead weight system allows the sash to glide effortlessly up and down. Each sash is precisely counterbalanced with matched lead weights, connected by a sash cord running over a traditional pulley wheel.
The result is beautifully smooth, near-frictionless movement — exactly as a classic sash window should feel.
